Canceling, Upgrading, or Changing Your Subscription

If you wish to change or upgrade your subscription plan, you can follow these steps:
Access Subscription Settings:
- Navigate to your Subscription settings within your PaperSurvey.io account.
Choose a New Plan:
- In the Subscription settings, you can select the plan you want to switch to. Upgrades and downgrades are prorated, which means any unused time from your current plan will be applied as a credit toward your next payment.
Example: Suppose you initially subscribed to the $20/month plan but only used it for half a month. If you decide to upgrade to the $50/month plan, $10 will be credited back to you, and the first month of the $50/month plan will cost you only $40.
Canceling or Suspending Your Account
To cancel your subscription or temporarily suspend your account, you can take the following steps:
Access Subscription Settings:
- Go to your Subscription settings within your PaperSurvey.io account.
Cancel Your Subscription:
- Click on the red "Cancel" button within the Subscription settings. This will cancel your subscription at the end of the billing cycle.
