  • Which subscription plan should I choose?
    We offer three plans: Standard, Enterprise, and Enterprise Plus.
    • For most use cases, the Enterprise plan is the best fit.
    • Upgrade to Enterprise Plus if you need to process a higher volume of pages.
    • Choose the Standard plan if your needs are limited to processing a small number of surveys.
  • What are different support tiers?
    Our response times are prioritized according to your subscription plan
    Standard Plan: Within 72 hours
    Enterprise Plan: Within 48 hours
    Enterprise Plus Plan: Within 24 hours

    Customers with the Enterprise Plus plan can schedule a phone or video conference in advance, though availability may be limited at times.
  • Can I pay by Bank Transfer/Purchase Order?
    Payment by bank transfer/Purchase Order process is available to subscribers of the yearly **Enterprise Plus** plan (at least 20'000 pages, $2500/year).
    To arrange a wire transfer, please contact our support team at support@papersurvey.io. They will provide you with the necessary details and guide you through the process of making a payment via bank transfer. If you have specific questions or need further information about this payment option, don't hesitate to reach out to our support team for assistance.
  • Are you GDPR compliant, and where can I find your Data Processing Agreement (DPA)?
    PaperSurvey.io is fully GDPR compliant. All data is transmitted encrypted and stored encrypted at rest. Our data centers are managed by reputable third-party providers who adhere to the highest standards of security and data protection.

  • Can I collect responses on the web?

    Yes, we do have this capability. You may share a link to a web survey to collect survey responses in a web form. You will be able to analyze results from a single spreadsheet.

  • Can I export the data?

    Yes, you can export your data in CSV, Excel, Google Sheets, SPSS, PDF formats in seconds.

  • Do I need to install any software on my computer to use PaperSurvey.io?

    The service is cloud-based and you do not need to install anything. All software updates and new features are released to all of the customers.

  • Do I need a special scanner to use PaperSurvey.io?

    Generally, no, you may use any type of economy or business scanner to print and scan the printed forms. We highly recommend that the scanner at least have the document feeder function to make the scanning process fast.
